Absolutely. You can buy espresso coffee beans online, as well as filter coffee beans—all available in your preferred grind size.

Q3. How fresh are the coffee beans when delivered?

All our coffee is roasted to order and shipped within 24–48 hours to ensure you receive only the freshest beans.

Q4. What grind options do you offer?

We offer multiple grind sizes, including Whole Beans, Espresso, French Press, Pour-over, and South Indian Filter.

Once your order is placed, we typically ship within 24–48 hours, and delivery takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

#2. Do you ship to all cities in India?

Yes, we deliver to most cities and towns across India. If your PIN code is unserviceable, our team will get in touch with you.

#3. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can track your delivery in real time.

Returns questions

#1. Can I return coffee products?

Coffee is perishable, so we don’t accept returns. However, if you encounter an issue with the product or packaging, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@coffeeverse.co.in along with pictures. We’ll sort it out quickly.

#2. What if I got the wrong or damaged item?

No worries! Email us with photos and your order info. If it's our mistake, we’ll fix it or refund your money.

#3. Can I exchange a product?

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. However, if there's an issue with your order, please get in touch with us. If eligible, you’ll receive a refund, and you can place a new order for the item you want.
