Return Policy
Coffee and Consumables:
At Coffeeverse we pack each order with great precision and care. Due to the perishable nature of Coffee as a product and to maintain the best quality, all orders placed cannot be cancelled or returned/replaced even if not opened.
That being said, in case there is a quality issue or packaging defect we request you to raise a complaint at support@coffeeverse.co.inwithin 7 days of receiving the order. Support the claim with appropriate pictures for a quick resolution to the complaint.
In case the product qualifies for a refund, we request you to ship back the product in the same condition as received, along with the shipping label shared by us once we acknowledge the complaint.
Equipment and Merchandise:
Equipment and Merchandise purchased can be returned within 7 days of raising the order if unused. Once the package is opened and not defective, we cannot accept returns.
That being said, in case there is a damaged product or packaging defect we request you to raise a complaint at support@coffeeverse.co.inwithin 7 days of receiving the order. Support the claim with appropriate pictures for a quick resolution to the complaint.
Exchanges
Non of the items can be exchanged, in case of an issue please raise it with support@coffeeverse.co.in, you can re-order the required product before or after the refund is issued.
Refund
Once the returned item is received, you will receive an email providing a confirmation of the acceptance of refund request.
The refund will be processed with 15 working days post receiving the e-mail.
