We source premium coffees from top estates, treating roasting as an art. Every bag ordered is crafted with care, following international pre- and post-roasting standards. Green beans are stored in a temperature-controlled, humidified space, hand-sorted for defects, and packed in eco-friendly bags. Key variables like water activity, density, and moisture are checked before roasting, along with humidity and temperature in the roasting area. Our 6 Kg W6A Giesen Roaster ensures precision, and beans are rechecked to guarantee you receive 250 grams of pure quality.
